What cleaning services do you offer?

We offer three cleaning services; Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and Move in/Move out Cleaning. Please visit our Services page to view a detailed breakdown of each level of cleaning.

How do I book cleaning services?

Visit our Book Cleaning page and complete the order form which includes the following steps: About You, Your Address, Service Type, Service Details, Extras, Schedule, Frequency, Checkout.

What are your days and hours of operation?

We operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and provide services by appointment only.

What payment options do you accept?

All payments are completed through our secure website and we accept payment via credit or debit card (we accept all major credit cards on our website). Cash and checks are not accepted.

When will my credit card be charged for service?

Your credit card is ONLY charged after the cleaning services have been completed or in the event of a cancellation fee. We will pre-authorize your credit card once your scheduled appointment is confirmed through our Booking Link and will notify you if there are any issues.

What can I expect after booking a cleaning?

After you book your cleaning service, you will receive a confirmation email. Prior to your services, you will also receive a text/email three days before, as well as 24 hours to confirm your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel a cleaning appointment any time, up to 48 hours prior to your cleaning appointment start time. Cancelations that occur less than 48 hours prior to your cleaning appointment start time are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

How do I provide feedback around my experience with Busy Bee Maid Services?

Customer feedback & customer satisfaction are essential parts to our success as a company. After every cleaning, you will receive a simple follow up survey sent to gauge your satisfaction and drill down for details about your experience. If you ever have an issue or concern, we want to hear about it and will work with you to resolve it to the best of our abilities.

Who provides the cleaning supplies?

We will provide the cleaning supplies and products. If you prefer to supply your own products, please let us know.

How long will the cleaning service take?

The duration of the cleaning service will depend on the type of cleaning, the size of your home, your selected extras, and the number of cleaners assigned to your cleaning. If you have specific time constraints, please communicate in advance to our team, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How can I sign up for recurring cleaning services?

To sign up for recurring cleanings you can use our online Book Cleaning form or you can contact us and we will help set it up. After recurring cleanings have been scheduled, you can make adjustments through your account or by contacting us for support.
